Bio

Patrick is an American Health & Safety Institute certified Instructor and an Active Violence Emergency Response Training certified Instructor. 

Patrick has a long history of training every day people in emergency and disaster preparedness and response including hands-on active shooter response training. He has been training Emergency Managers at the Emergency Management Institute, the Department of Homeland Security Center for Domestic Preparedness, and disaster sites. He has trained disaster response volunteers and staff around California, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, Washington DC, and most recently Maui.

He started the Extraordinary Response Training Center with the belief that anyone can save a life if they have the right training, skills, confidence, and readiness in everyday life.

Extraordinary Response is defined as sending emergency personnel to respond to urgent life threatening situations. It is my belief that everyone is capable of becoming an Extraordinary Responder and making a difference in the lives of others.
